Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
RETURN&EXCHANGE:
All items selling in my shop can be returned
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for another item, send us an email at contact@giftcustomization.com and ship your item to us. The buyer need to pay the return postage.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the package returned back due to the reason of the buyer, like address mistake, no body at home, or some other reason.s
REFUND:
Refund will be send to the buyer within 7 working days after confirmation.
Full refund on matters happened below:
1. the package lost in transportation
2. the item in the package is total damaged and can not be used any more
3. there is no delivered status for the package over 90 days.
How full refund works (if applicable)
First, the buyer need to communicate with our customer service(contact@giftcustomization.com) to confirm the details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, returned back due to the buyers error.
How partial refund words(if applicable)
First, the buyer need to communicate with us about the refund details(like amount, etc)
Then, we will send the refund directly to the buyers' account within 7 working days.
